After Action Report- Reagan Library Event

The Western Region department of the B.A.R. has successfully conducted our 7th consecutive encampment and re-enactment at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. During the 5-day long event, over 7000 people viewed a glimpse of 18th century life and battle. Haslet's Company of Light Infantry and the 23rd Regiment of Foot drew constant praise from the public and from the Library staff for conducting an informative, dynamic, and safe historical event in a pleasant learning environment for a West Coast populace that is largely ignorant of the Revolution in general and military units and camp life in particular. Here are some pictures for your perusal ......

  • The public observes the company armorer at work...

Drummer Trenton Atkinson prior to his first field engagement.

  • The Continental Line marches into position....

The forces of Oppression and Darkness approach...

Delaware!..Present!.....

The continental Dragoons and Riflemen arrive...

Scoundrels sent packing.....

Life as it should be: ...as free Americans
